The location was unbeatable, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Raday Street. The silent room had all the necessary facilities, a safe box, central heating, and an iron. The staff was hospitable and affable, welcoming services.

The place completely met our needs, would definitely recommend it; the double room with a balcony had all the necessary amenities, and all the staff were accommodating and flexible.

the double room is air conditioned and has coffee and an air conditioner. you can see garden from your window.
The bathrooms are old.

The rate was reasonable, and the location was convenient to the conference place.
Because the reception desk is on the 8th floor in a building that was locked all the time, it was very hard to find the place. Travelers usually expect an open door with reception desk. The sign could be bigger, or needs precise instruction for the travelers who get there.

the location was great - just a few minutes to the city center. room was still peacefull at night. guesthouse was quite tidy, but the ants on the floors made me a bit uncomfortable.
we had a mix-up with the room. when we got to the guesthouse we had an appartment with two rooms though we had booked a studio with a kitchen. we got the studio the next day.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Good location and price. Very good accommodation and spacious apartment for the price. All rooms had nice big windows. The balcony with a view was a very nice surprise.
The apartment was not air conditioned and Budapest gets quite warm in June.

This was the best of the 7 hotels we stayed at. The flats were beautiful, well designed, and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great place to stay and we all loved it.
There was no hairdrier. There was no fan (and it was very hot - 43 degrees on our second day). The front door was quite diffilcult to open. We had booked a 3-bedroom/3-bathroom apartment with washing-machine & breakfast if we wanted - but were first offered only 2-bedrooms, then given another flat as well (so could not wake 2 of our group!) & there was no washing-machine & no breakfast.

The guesthouse is located near some great attractions and shops, which made sightseeing and shopping very easy. The self-check-in process helped us avoid the hassle of waiting in a line to check-in. The staff was very polite and helpful, which made our stay more comfortable. In addition, we enjoyed the view from our room, overlooking some beautiful rooftops.
The cleanliness was not up to the mark, as our room was not well-maintained, with dirty windows and bedsheets and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were no amenities provided in our room, such as shampoo and shower gel. This lack was not convenient for us, since we had to carry all these things ourselves. Despite these negatives aspects, overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfactory.

It's a nice place indeed! We would recommend it to those looking for an unexpensive, quite accomodation. Convenient location, appealing country-side design, breakfasts in the open air, the possibility to relax on a beautiful terrace in the evening left us with the best memories. Special thanks are due to Adriana for her ever friendly attitude and efficient assistance.
We would not mind if eggs are served for breakfasts.

Boulevard City Guesthouse is conveniently located in the south end of the city centre of the Pest side of Budapest. There was easy access to public transportation, restaurants and shopping. The rooms were clean and spacious, equipped with a mini-fridge and safe, quiet, and ours had a small balcony with a nice view. The room was the best part of this hotel.
Make sure that your keys work to get in the outside door, because we arrived late one night to find that ours did not. Luckily, there was a resident who was able to let us in, as the hotel staff is only available in the mornings and early afternoons. That is the only complaint that we have about Boulevard City Guesthouse - the staff not being onsite for the majority of the day.
